2008 Memorial Day Workout Fundraiser

Event: Memorial Day Workout Fundraiser.

This will be a team competition of the workout "Fight Gone Bad" to benefit the Fisher House Foundation (a non-profit organization that provides free or low cost lodging to veterans and military families receiving treatment at military medical centers).

When: Monday May 26th, 2008. First Team kicks off at 8:30 am

Costs: A donation of $40 is asked to compete. Checks only. Please make checks payable to Fisher House Foundation.

Requests: Please arrive on time (15 minutes early is preferred) so we can demonstrate the exercises and explain the rules.

Teams of 5 will compete. If you don't have a team of 5 and still want to compete we will do our best to assign you to one.

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. There will be a total of 3 rounds. The stations are:


1. Wall-ball:10 ft target. (Reps)

2. Sumo deadlift high-pull: (Reps)

3. Box Jump: (Reps)

4. Push-press: (Reps)

5. Row: (Calories)


The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athletes must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.


Workout Levels: There are 2 levels for Men and Women
